Nana B's Boutique Shipping Policy
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please use a physical street address for shipping. If a PO Box is the only available option, please contact us for specific mail options and pricing.

  • For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call ((503)939-4602) or email for pricing information. 

  • For international orders, please call ((503)939-4602) or email for payment and shipping information and pricing.

  • Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on their shipments. If you would like to place an order and reside in another country, you will need to pay by certified bank check or money order. Please send an email to beccie@nanabsboutique.com telling us the item(s) you would like to order and the country where they will be shipped to. We will respond within 24 hours with your total charges.

  • If you would like orders shipped to an address different than your club mailing address, please fill out the "SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS" section on the order form.

  • SHIPPING/HANDLING  PRICING: 5.00 PER BAG  UPS GROUND.  Please call for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.

Nana B's Boutique Return Policy
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused bag within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. 

  •  We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.

  • If you still have the original shipping box your order came in, please ship the product in that box. Include a copy of your sales receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund.

  •  For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.

Damaged Returns:

If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately at so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
