FAQ

  • What if I don't see a fabric I like?  You can send me a fabric that you already have. I can then match it up with coordinating vinyl, canvas, webbing and trim. Contact me and I will let you know the exact amount of fabric to send OR you may let me know the style of fabric you are looking for and I will try to find it. If you have a picture of the fabric and/or Manufacturer's name, please email that to me and I will do my best to get it for you.


  • Can you do fabric with photos of my horse (pet, family, etc.)?  Yes!  Email me the photos you would like to have.  I will make photo transfers and create a 'photo scrap book' for your bag!  I would send you proofs of the proposed layout for your approval prior to completing the bag.  This would be a special order purchase.  Call for pricing.


  • How do I place an Order?  Click on your fabric selection, then select a coordinating canvas color, webbing and trim.  OR  call me and I will work with you over the phone to create your personal bag.  You can also email me pictures of your show costume and I would provide recommendations of what we might be able to do to create a special coordinating bag for you.  The preferred method of payment is online using a credit/debit card. You may also mail in your order to : 171 Woodlawn Court, Oregon City, OR 97045, fax your order to 503-657-0224, or call your order in to 503-939-4602 and provide all necessary payment information.


  • When will you return my call, fax or email?  We will do our very best to return your call, fax or email  within 24 hours or less.


  • How long will it take for you to create my bag and ship to me?  Our goal is to ship all orders within 72 hours.  If you have an urgent need, please contact us and let us know...we will see what we can do to accommodate your schedule needs. We ship UPS Ground unless you ask otherwise.


  • Can we get it shipped faster? Yes, we can ship by any UPS method; Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air.  Just mention in the comment field that you want it faster and we will email you with availability and shipping costs.


  • Do you have bags that could ship within 24 hours? Contact me and I will let you now what bags are in stock that we have prepared for various shows. 


  • How do I place a special order? Contact me with your ideas, colors, etc.  Email or fax any pictures or design ideas.  We can talk and discuss your needs and I will put together my suggestions and pricing info for you. You can then make your payment via Pay Pal or you can provide your Visa/MC Bank Card number and I can process on this end..you will need to provide the correct billing address and security code.


  • Can I order a coin/cell phone purse separately? Yes! Simply e-mail, phone or fax me with the fabric selection and whether or not you what rhinestone highlights. You can then provide your billing information via phone. We will determine shipping pricing depending on your location.


  • Do you provide discounts for large group orders?  Call me to discuss the type of bags and quantity needs.


  • Do you ship COD?   Yes, but there is an extra charge for this order, depending on the dollar amount of your order.


  • Do you take PayPal?    Yes, our account is sales@nanabsboutique.com. Please email us your order with a note that you are paying via PayPal so that we know the order has been placed.


  • Do you take checks? Personal checks are accepted, BUT we will wait 10 business days after receipt of check to ensure it clears the banks before we will ship any merchandise.


  • If I place an order via the Internet, how will I know if my order was processed? If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will normally receive an acknowledgment by the next business day.


  • How do I clean my bag?  Wipe clean with a damp cloth.  While the bag is moisture resistant, it is not intended to be water proof.  My Granddaughter has used her bag for almost a year, setting in on the floor of the stall when grooming her  horse, etc. and it has held up fine.  Direct contact of high heat to the vinyl or fabric may cause damage. 


  • What if I am unhappy with my bag?  Our goal is to provide you a custom tack bag that you can use for years and enjoy.  If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or bag that you received, please contact me directly and I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.


  • Can you create a gift bag for me?   YES!!! Contact us and let us know about the person you are creating the gift for.  We will personally shop to obtain items for your gift bag appropriate for your needs.  The possibilities are endless.....I.E.: tack supplies for adults or children, home décor items.  Great for High Point Awards, thank you gifts for teachers, friends, professionals.  Fill with craft items, goodies for a shut-in, just call, you name it and we will create just the perfect gift for you in your price range! We'll find a gift card to enclose with your personal message.


  • Gift Certificates?  Yes.....on your order form enter comments with regards to the amount of the gift certificate you would like to purchase. We will then mail a gift certificate in the amount you indicated to you or your recipient. 


  • Can I use this bag for things other than tack?  Yes!  These bags are very sturdy. I have personally put a vase of flowers in the center of the bag coming home from work and the flowers sat upright in the front seat all the way home.  The pockets are just the right side to hold your beverages.   Perfect tote for taking to work with lunch or other supplies.  Great for carrying just about anything. The bags have a very solid bottom that will support a wide variety of items.
